Shelby Ford, FNP, has been a valued addition to the team at ACHS since 2023 in her role as a primary care provider. With extensive expertise in medicine and a compassionate demeanor, Shelby is committed to providing exceptional care to her patients.

Professional Background and Qualifications

Shelby Ford FNP is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She began her nursing career in 2015, where she practiced on the Medical Telemetry floor at Providence Hospital in Medford. While working in the hospital, Shelby realized that she wanted to be able to do more for her patients and went back to school to be a nurse practitioner. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2021 from Maryville University and has practiced locally in the community since then.

Guiding Philosophy

Shelby continues to strive to be able to care for her patients physically, mentally, and emotionally. She views the patient as a whole and works with her patients to come up with a plan for their health that works best with their lifestyle. Shelby has become passionate about women’s health. She understands women go through many different stages in life and assists in navigating through each stage. She is looking forward to working with patients of all ages and helping them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
